Nina Wishengrad spent a decade as an actor at regional theatres in Seattle and in hundreds of voice-overs for national broadcast commercials. As a copywriter, she spent twenty-five years turning out the full range of marketing, public relations, and corporate communications for advertising agencies in Seattle, New York, and Market Mentors in West Springfield, MA. Nina
served as Marketing and Public Relations Director at Merrimack Repertory Theatre in Lowell, The Cirque in Seattle, and Carnegie Mellon Theatre Company in Pittsburgh. In addition, she is one-half of the screenwriting partnership Wishengrad and Hoyle. Their screenplay Hot Flash has won several Best Comedy awards at film festivals and competitions in Los Angeles, CA.

She holds a BFA in directing from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama.
