Meet the 2024 Arts Administration Interns!

Maura (Chip) Harty is an Artistic/Administrative Intern from New Hampshire. Their favorite project was a performance of The Drowsy Chaperone their freshman year of college! Not only did they get to play opposite their best friend, but they also enjoyed working collaboratively on a student production. At CTC, they have enjoyed the important and complex conversations and witnessing so many intellectually curious artists advance their processes. Their not so secret second passion is filmmaking, and technically they’re an award-winning short filmmaker; it was a third place award for an avant-garde short film in Northampton, but technically they are now award-winning….

Geneva Millikan is an Artistic/Administrative intern from central Arkansas, currently studying acting at Baldwin Wallace University. She is drawn to CTC because of her love of contemporary theater and found performance spaces. They are a theater artist who loves getting involved both on and off the stage in any conceivable way. Most recently, she debuted her choreography at Baldwin Wallace’s 2024 production of Testing Grounds. In her spare time, she can be found making tea or storing her hot sauce in the Chester Theatre Co office fridge.
