There’s No Doubt About It, “I and You is a Hit!”

“The actors are flawless.”
Macey Levin, Berkshire on Stage (Full review here.)

“Kristen Van Ginhoven’s staging, especially as the play catapults to a surprise turn-of-events mines the best of Gunderson’s writing, and brings out two fine performances by Lilli Hokama and Paul Pontrelli…”
Mark G. Auerbach, The Westfield News (Full review here.)

“…CTC’s first production of the summer is an unqualified delight; the play’s unexpected, dramatically powerful ending will leave you reassessing all that’s gone before. I left understanding why the gifted Gunderson is so often produced, and why van Ginhoven has chosen to direct three of her plays.”
Helen Epstein, The Arts Fuse (Full review here.)

The excitement for I and You was evident at Thursday evening’s Opening Night after-party at Chester Common Table, CTC’s Dining Partner. The Board of Directors, Producing Artistic Director Daniel Elihu Kramer, director Kristen van Ginhoven, and actors Lilli Hokama and Paul Pontrelli all celebrated with Production Sponsors Cipora Brown and Steven Feiner, and 2017 Season Sponsors Richard and Carol Seltzer, as well as a host of invited guests. And, as a bonus, the actors and director of the second show of the season, Skeleton Crew, were there to share a toast, as well! (Skeleton Crew also promises to be a “can’t miss” production, so if you haven’t already, please don’t wait to get your tickets!) A lovely night in Chester was had by all!
