NSFW Play Reading Discussion

We are fresh off our first play reading discussion, and it was wonderful! On Monday, a group gathered to talk about Pearl Cleage’s Flyin’ West. We shared a rich discussion about a remarkable piece that we wish we could have seen on stage as well as read. (A few of our folks in Florida are attending a local production soon. We are envious!)
Next up is Lucy Kirkwood’s NSFW. Our chat will take place on Zoom on Monday, February 13 at 2pm Eastern. To register, please click this link. Registration will close February 10 (or sooner if we fill up) so don’t delay.
All you need to do is get a copy of NSFW and read it before February 13. You can purchase a copy of the play herehere (ebook), or on ebay. (We recommend ordering early.) You may even be able to borrow a copy from your library.
There is no cost for this (aside from the price of the play), though donations to the theatre are always welcome if you would like to make a gift to support and encourage these types of activities. We hope you will join us for this exciting new series that is bringing us together in a virtual way until we can see one another in person in June.
We hope to see you on our screens on the 13th!
Mark your calendars for the next in our series:
Monday, 3/6 Indecent by Paula Vogel
Available here and here.
You may also be able to get copies at local libraries.
